Submit Proposal

 

The online submission system for Paper and Poster abstracts is now open. For further information on what is required for each of these proposals, please see the Call for Papers. All proposals and abstracts must be submitted online to be considered for inclusion in the CAA 2009 program. The final deadline to submit Paper proposals was December 22.

The online proposal and abstract submission process for CAA 2009 is being managed through ConfTool software. After creating a login, you may proceed directly to the Submission page or you may submit a proposal at a later date by clicking the link to “Your Submissions” from the Overview page. When submitting a proposal, it is important to remember to click the Complete Submission button on the confirmation screen to save your work. Once the initial submission has been created, you may return to it to make changes at any point prior to the deadline. To do so, simply select “Your Submissions” from the Overview page again for a complete listing of all the items you have submitted and the modification options.

All abstracts must be between 300 and 500 words. In the ConfTool interface, these descriptions should be entered into the Abstract field in the “Submission Details” section on the Contribution Submission page.
